District Police led by SP Nitesh Wadwani conduct civic action programme at Dhuliput village

Malkangiri Odisha 9 April. In a bid to enhance community policing and promote a sense of social responsibility, the District Police organized a civic action programme in Dhuliput village of Papermetla PS under the supervision of SP Nitesh Wadwani . The event was a grand success, with a large number of villagers participating in various activities.
The programme was inaugurated by SP Nitesh Wadwani alongwith the local police officials, who highlighted the importance of community involvement in maintaining law and order. A health camp was set up to provide basic medical facilities to the villagers, and a sports event was organized to encourage physical fitness and sportsmanship.
In addition to these activities, the police also distributed stationery among students to promote education and provided essential items such as sarees, water bottles, solar lamps, and LCD TVs to the villagers. The police also heard the grievances of the villagers, which would be forwarded to the competent authorities for necessary action.
The community feast that followed the programme was a great success, with villagers from all walks of life coming together to celebrate the spirit of unity and harmony. The event was lauded by the local residents, who appreciated the efforts of the police in organizing such a meaningful programme.
