BSF Commandant lauds initiative to provide exposure to local adivasi youth in Malkangiri

Malkangiri Odisha 17 March: The Border Security Force (BSF) in Malkangiri district has sent a group of local adivasi boys and girls to different parts of the country as part of the 14th Tribal Youth Exchange Programme. The aim of the programme is to provide exposure and experience to young tribal individuals from remote areas and promote national integration.
According to the BSF Commandant in Malkangiri, 10 boys were sent to Indore and 12 boys and 8 girls were sent to Aritshar for the programme. The group was accompanied by BSF officials who ensured their safety and security throughout the tour.
The programme offers a unique opportunity for the participants to learn about different cultures and lifestyles in various parts of the country. It also provides them with exposure to various career options and helps them broaden their horizons.
The participants were selected from different areas of Malkangiri based on their academic performance and overall personality. They were given a briefing about the programme and the places they would be visiting before they left for their respective destinations.
The BSF Commandant expressed his happiness at being able to provide this opportunity to the young tribal individuals, stating that the programme aims to empower them and equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in life. He also thanked the officials who accompanied the group and ensured their safety throughout the tour.
The Tribal Youth Exchange Programme is an important initiative by the BSF and the government to promote national integration and empower young individuals from remote areas. The participants are expected to return with a wealth of knowledge and experience that will help them succeed in their future endeavours.
