Pakistani flag painted on road in Odisha’s Bhubaneswar; Motive unknown

Bhubaneswar, April 28 : A Pakistani flag was found painted on the road at Fire Station Square in Bhubaneswar, causing concern among locals.
According to Sri Satya Bhusan Panda, a software engineer, he noticed the painting while walking along the road. He immediately informed the Traffic Police about the incident. Responding promptly, the Traffic Police arrived at the spot and removed the painting.
Traffic Police sources said that CCTV footage from the area will be examined to identify the people. “We are investigating the matter. The motive behind this act is yet to be ascertained,” said a police official.
The incident comes amid heightened tensions between India and Pakistan following a terror attack on tourists at Pahalgam in J& Kashmir on April 22, where 26 tourists were shot dead at gunpoint
