Rayagada, July 23: In a key administrative reshuffle, Shri Kulkarni Asutosh C, IAS, has been appointed as the Collector and District Magistrate of Rayagada. The official notification was issued by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department of the Government of Odisha.

As he assumes charge, stakeholders across Rayagada are hopeful that Shri Kulkarni’s experience, integrity, and development-oriented approach will accelerate progress in key areas like tribal development, education, rural connectivity, and disaster resilience.
