Burla, July 23 : In a proactive initiative to enhance consumer satisfaction and streamline grievance redressal, TP Western Odisha Distribution Limited (TPWODL) is organising a Consumer Complaint Resolution Camp at its Sambalpur East Electrical Division Office, Bhutapada, on 25th July 2025 (Thursday) from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

The primary objective of the camp is to resolve issues related to disputed electricity bills and pending electricity connection and all other electricity supply related issues will be taken up for resolution. This initiative reflects TPWODL’s ongoing commitment to providing transparent and consumer-friendly services.

Consumers residing in the areas of Bhutapada, Sakhipara, Golbazar, Maneswar, Dhanupali, Dhama, Padiabahal, Shasapur, Redhakhol, Hatibari, Naktideul, Rengali, Sason, Parmanpur, and Laida are invited to attend the camp and get their concerns addressed directly by company officials.

TPWODL urges all eligible consumers to take advantage of this opportunity for quick and efficient resolution of their electricity-related issues.

This is not out of place to mention that some senior officials of the company will be present at the service camp.
