TPNODL Organizes Business Associate Meet and Industrial Consumer Meet

Balasore, Feb. 19: TPNODL successfully organized the Business Associate Meet 2025-26 and the Industrial Consumer Meet, reaffirming its commitment to operational excellence, stakeholder engagement and enhanced service quality. The Business Associate Meet held at Baleswar witnessed participation from over 180 business associates and around 300 associate employees. Deliberations focused on reinforcing safety protocols, ensuring legal compliance, upholding ethical business practices, maintaining stringent quality standards, and adopting a consumer-centric approach to operational and service performance.
Thirty-five business associates were recognized for their exceptional performance in 2025-26. A street play highlighting safety awareness was showcased, followed by an open interaction session where associates shared concerns and suggestions. The panel provided comprehensive responses and assurances, reinforcing mutual trust and transparency aimed at enhancing service quality and consumer satisfaction.
The Industrial Consumer Meet in Jajpur brought together over 80 leading industrial organizations, focusing on strengthening HT and EHT customer engagement and enhancing service delivery. Industrial consumers acknowledged TPNODL’s efforts in improving power reliability and quality, providing valuable feedback on infrastructure augmentation and customer-centric innovations.
