TPNODL Observes Ethics Day, Reaffirms Commitment to Integrity and Values

Baleshwar, July 29: Reinforcing its unwavering commitment to ethical values and responsible corporate governance, TP Northern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPNODL) observed Ethics Day on the 122nd birth anniversary of Shri Jehangir Ratanji Dadabhoy (JRD) Tata. The occasion served as a reminder of the organisation’s steadfast adherence to the Tata Code of Conduct and its commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability in all its operations and services.
The Ethics Day programme was virtually inaugurated by Shri Dushyant Kumar Tyagi, CEO, TPNODL, in the presence of the Senior Leadership Team and employees. During the programme, employees paid floral tributes to Shri J.R.D. Tata and participated in the Ethics Pledge ceremony, reaffirming their commitment to the Tata values of Integrity, Responsibility, Excellence, Unity, and Understanding. The programme reflected TPNODL’s continuous efforts to nurture an ethical work culture and strengthen responsible business practices across the organisation.
In his address, Shri Dushyant Kumar Tyagi, CEO, TPNODL, reaffirmed that ethics is the foundation of trust and emphasized the organisation’s commitment to conducting business with honesty, fairness, and transparency. He stated that the timeless values of Shri J.R.D. Tata continue to inspire TPNODL in delivering reliable services and creating sustainable value for all stakeholders.
The programme concluded with employees collectively taking the Ethics Pledge, reaffirming their resolve to uphold the Tata Code of Conduct and ethical principles in every aspect of their professional responsibilities. TPNODL has also planned several employee awareness initiatives to further reinforce ethics and integrity in the workplace culture.
