Bhubaneswar, Oct. 27: Tanishq, India’s largest jewellery retail brand from the Tata Group, has opened its new 11,000-sq-ft store at Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar, further strengthening its presence in Odisha. With the launch, the brand now operates 21 stores across the state, including six in the Bhubaneswar-Cuttack twin-city region.
The store was inaugurated by C K Venkatraman, former Managing Director of Titan Company Limited, in the presence of Sah Gaurav Krishna, Regional Business Head, East, Titan Company Limited, and Yogendra Hans, Business Associate.
Located at Maharishi College Chowk, beside IDBI Bank on Janpath Road, the store celebrates Odisha’s artistic heritage through contemporary design. Its interiors draw inspiration from the state’s temple architecture, Pattachitra, Jhoti Chita, Sambalpuri weaving, golden grass craft and traditional stone and wood carving.
The stone-carved facade reflects temple architecture and Sambalpuri silk motifs, while marble inlay work incorporates the geometric patterns of Jhoti Chita. Pattachitra-inspired installations, traditional weaving motifs and a lotus-themed chandelier further enhance the store’s aesthetic appeal. The Rivaah wedding jewellery section features Pattachitra-inspired figures, golden grass installations crafted by local artisans and an intricately carved wooden portal.
The store offers an extensive range of Tanishq jewellery, including gold, diamond, gemstone and polki collections. Its latest Diwali collection, ‘Adhyantara’, draws inspiration from celestial elements, including stars, the moon and the universe.
Customers can also explore collections such as ‘Aagomon’, ‘Abahan’, ‘Elan’, ‘GlamDays’, ‘String It’, ‘Dor’ and ‘Aveer’, alongside ‘Rivaah’, the brand’s dedicated wedding jewellery range.
To mark the inauguration, Tanishq has announced special offers, including up to ₹301 off per gram on gold jewellery, up to 20% off on making charges and zero deduction on the exchange of old gold above 18 karat, subject to applicable terms. Gold Rate Protection is also available for advance bookings. The offers are valid from October 26, 2026.
Speaking on the occasion, Sah Gaurav Krishna said Odisha’s trust in Tanishq had encouraged its continued expansion. He said the Saheed Nagar store would offer customers a distinctive jewellery experience while celebrating the state’s cultural heritage.
He reaffirmed the brand’s commitment to craftsmanship, transparency and building lasting relationships with customers across Odisha.
