Balangir, Sept. 18: On the eve of World Ozone Day 2023, Balangir Forest Division and Regional Office, Balangir, Odisha State Pollution Control Board joined hands to celebrate this crucial occasion at the Division Office Conference Hall on 16th September.

The event featured an engaging quiz competition aimed at educating and inspiring the young minds about the significance of Ozone Day.

Sri Nitish Kumar IFS, DFO Balangir, Smt. Babita Singh, Regional Officer, State Pollution Control Board, Sri Ghanashyam Mahanta, ACF, Sri Jitendra Sahoo, ACF, Sri Prabhat Kumar Rath, ADMO, Sri Bishnu Prasad Dash, GM, DIC and dedicated staff from both the organizations were present. Sri Nitish Kumar and Smt. Babita Singh shared valuable insights on protecting our environment and preserving the ozone layer. Together, let’s continue our efforts for a healthier planet!!
