CBI chargesheet against Tejashwi Yadav, Lalu and Rabri in land-for-jobs scam
BIHAR,JULY 3: The Central Bureau of Investigation on Monday filed a chargesheet against Bihar deputy chief minister Tejashwi Yadav, Rashtriya Janata Dal(RJD) chief Lalu Yadav and Rabri Devi in land-for-job scam.
The chargesheet has been filed before Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court. However, no date for the hearing on this chargesheet has been provided yet.
The case is already scheduled for a hearing on July 12.

The move comes amid speculations that Janata Dal United (JDU) leader and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar may return to the fold of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA).
The land-for-jobs case pertains to alleged appointments that were made in the railways in exchange for land parcels given or sold to Yadav’s family during his tenure as the Minister of Railways from 2004 to 2009.
It is alleged that the jobs were exchanged for land parcels that were either gifted or sold at discounted rates to the Yadav family and their associates.
