Malkangiri Odisha March 23, 2023: A district level conference of Asha, Grama Kalyan Samiti, and Mahila Araogya Samiti was organized at Sankruti Bhawan today. The conference was graced by the presence of the ADM Maheswar Nayak and CDMO Prafulla Kumar Nanda, who praised the exceptional work of the grassroots level workers and felicitated them for their hard work and dedication.

The conference was aimed at discussing the challenges faced by the workers and finding solutions to overcome them. The officials applauded the efforts of the Asha workers in spreading awareness about health and hygiene in the rural areas. The Grama Kalyan Samiti members were appreciated for their efforts in promoting community welfare, while the Mahila Araogya Samiti members were praised for their work in providing healthcare services to women and children.

Speaking at the conference, the ADM Maheswar Nayak said, “The Asha workers, Grama Kalyan Samiti, and Mahila Araogya Samiti members are the backbone of our healthcare system. Their work at the grassroots level is commendable, and they have played a significant role in improving the healthcare system in the district.”

CDMO also addressed the gathering and emphasized the need for collaborative efforts to improve the healthcare facilities and services in the district. He also assured the participants of the government’s support in providing necessary resources for the same.

The CDMO added, “Their dedication and hard work have contributed immensely to the success of our healthcare programs, and we are proud to have them as part of our team.”

The conference ended with a vote of thanks to all the members for their contribution to the healthcare system in the district. It was a great opportunity for the officials to recognize the hard work and efforts of the grassroots level workers, who are the real heroes of our healthcare system.
