Cyber safety awareness programme held at O.P. Jindal School

Angul, Oct.31: A special programme was organized at O.P. Jindal School, Angul, on cyber safety and awareness.
The Principal of the school, Dr. Ashwini Kumar Sahu, welcomed the distinguished guests — Ms. Upasana Padhi, Additional S.P., and Ms. Jignyasa Behera, D.S.P., DIB — along with their team members from the Industrial Police Station, Nisha, Angul.
At the outset, students viewed a video message from the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Odisha and were sensitized on crucial aspects of digital safety by the officers. The session covered important topics such as hacking, SIM swapping, phishing, and online piracy.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Ashwini Kumar Sahu, who expressed gratitude to the Police Department team for conducting such an insightful sensitization programme at the school.
