Dara Sena chief Mukesh Jain has been falsely implicated by Odisha politicians, says Nirbhaya case lawyer Dr AP Singh

Balasore, Aug. 12: Dr AP Singh, a well-known defense lawyer in the Nirbhaya case, on Wednesday said Dharm Rakshak Shri Dara Sena president Mukesh Jain has been falsely implicated by the Odisha police with political conspiracy and the sections which have been put in the case by the Odisha police, under the section of Police CRPC 196, without the State and Central Governments’ permission.
Dr Singh said these sections cannot be imposed on any of the person or anyone. “The above things have been said in the bail plea sent by Mukesh Jain to the District Judge in the District Court, Balasore,” the lawyer who has moved the bail for Mukesh Jain said.
Dr Singh has completely denied the section 66 (F) IT Act imposed by the police, in his bail petition, saying that this section is levied against Pakistani and Chinese hackers and not on religious, social, country devotees person like Mukesh Jain. Developing countries like India where the internet had just started few years ago, this section is being misused unconstitutionally to directly implicate on the innocent people, where the political revenge is being taken by implicating innocent people in false cases with due advantage of political benefits. Mukesh Jain, a person who is a senior citizen and is also suffering from various diseases and is unable to take care of his elderly sick mother and sick wife due to being in jail.
In the bail plea, the senior advocate Dr Singh described the long struggle by Mukesh Jain in his life to open the Sun Temple of Konark, the historic religious heritage of India, closed for many years, for worship. And he has cited the contribution being made by Mukesh Jain for the construction of another same Sun Temple at Konark. This important subject is also a direct proof of the trampling of Mukesh Jain by political conspiracy.
Senior advocate Dr Singh has said in the petition that Mukesh Jain has been falsely implicated by hacking the so-called whatsapp post with a thought-provoking conspiracy and posting a message written in non-parliamentary language, while Mukesh Jain is completely innocent and has always talked on patriotism, directing the nation and on connecting the society and also many public interest issues have been put before the President of India, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and the Prime Minister by him.
Advocate Dr AP Singh further said that Mukesh Jain is a highly educated and first class engineering person from IIT Roorkee University and he has always talked about giving right direction to the society.
It was Mukesh Jain who first raised the demand for the Lord Jagannath Yatra to be held in the Supreme Court of Delhi, before the Prime Minister and the Home Minister, because Lord Jagannath’s visit is a symbol of reverence, faith and trust and not only the people of Odisha but the whole country will benefited.
State politicians have registered false cases and sent them to jail for not getting credit of Jagannath Prabhu’s car Festival so that he could be physically and mentally exploited.
Senior advocate Dr Singh said that if there is a fair investigation of the above case without any political pressure, then the case of Mukesh Jain will be transparent like milk and water separated and those people who do not let bring peace in Odisha will be exposed.
Dr Singh said that many cases have been lodged at different places for the same complaint and if justice is not found here, the above case will be transferred to Delhi by the Supreme Court.
