Malkangiri,14 September,2023: – In a significant development for businesses in the district, a meeting was convened today at the CT and GST Circle Office in Malkangiri. The meeting aimed to address various issues related to Goods and Services Tax (GST) return filing and other GST-related concerns within the district.

The gathering saw the presence of esteemed officers from the CT & GST department who participated in constructive discussions to find solutions to the challenges faced by taxpayers. Among the notable officials on the dais were Mr.Prem Chand Jani, Assistant Commissioner of CT & GST, Mr.Kedar Chandra Nayak, CT and GST Officer, Mr.Sudhanshu Kumar Mallik, Assistant CT & GST Officer,Mr.Amaresh Kumar Mahunta, Assistant CT & GST Officer and Mr.Anish Ranjan Sarkar, Section Officer.

The meeting was not limited to government officials alone. In a demonstration of collaborative efforts, representatives from the local business community actively participated in the discussion. Sri Suresh Somani, President of Chamber of Commerce in Malkangiri, along with other distinguished members, graced the occasion with their presence.
