MALKANGIRI, ODISHA: In a bid to provide accessible and quality healthcare services to the local community, the Malkangiri district Collector Vishal Singh and Chief District Medical Officer Prafulla Kumar Nanda inaugurated an Urban Primary Health Centre (UPHC) under the Jatiya Swasthya Mission.

The UPHC, located in the heart of the city, will cater to normal health cases and offer a range of services, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art medical equipment and staffed by highly trained medical professionals who are dedicated to delivering the best possible care to patients.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, the district collector said, “The UPHC is a vital step towards ensuring that every citizen has access to basic healthcare services. Our aim is to provide high-quality healthcare services to the local community, and we are committed to working towards achieving that goal.”

The CDMO Malkangiri added, “The UPHC is an important initiative under the Jatiya Swasthya Mission. We are confident that the new facility will provide the necessary support to those in need and help improve the overall health of the community.”
