Malkangiri,5th March,2024:-On the occasion of Biju Patnaik’s Birth Anniversary, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik launched the Nabin Odisha Magic Card Registration from Malkangiri. The program, led by Chairman 5T and Nabin Odisha Sh. Kartik Pandian, aimed at empowering youth through a smart card system. The initiative was unveiled during the visit to Malkangiri, where a scholarship distribution program was also held.

Sh. Kartik Pandian addressed students at the Nua-O Scholarship Distribution Programme, highlighting the distribution of scholarships to over 5,000 eligible students from Malkangiri District, amounting to Rs. 5.19 Crores. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik inaugurated the Nabin Odisha Magic Card web portal, emphasizing youth empowerment as a cornerstone of state development.

The Nabin Odisha Magic Card, designed for UG and PG students, aims to create a vibrant ecosystem enabling students to achieve their goals. Sh. Kartik Pandian explained the features and benefits of the card, emphasizing its role in personality development, reducing financial burdens, and fostering career opportunities.

All UG and PG students across the state are eligible to register for the card through the provided web portal. Sh. Pandian encouraged students to dream big and work hard towards realizing their potential, assuring government support in their endeavors. Enrollment for the Nabin Odisha Magic Card is open, with distribution slated to commence from August 15th onwards.

The launch marks a significant step towards youth empowerment in Odisha, aligning with the government’s vision to nurture talent and create opportunities for academic and career advancement. With the Nabin Odisha Magic Card, students are poised to embark on a journey of holistic development and empowerment, contributing to the growth and prosperity of the state.
