Bolangir: Patnagarh range officials seize sal logs, 2 arrested

Bolangir, Oct. 14: At around 12.15 pm on October 12, 2023, the staff of the Patnagarh forest range seized the sal log with bark. Three sal sizes, five saws, one axe were seized near Luhakhan village of the Padhel Section.
Two of the accused, Sukadeba Dharua and Teja Kuanr were arrested.
The seized materials were brought to the range office campus for further investigation. The operation was conducted by Sri Binod Bihari Dharua, forester, Sri Sanjib Mishra, forest guard ,along with the Para Squad of the Patnagarh Range under the guidance of Sri Anand Chandra Bishi,Range Officer.
