With electricity demand at its peak during the festive season, the Tata Power Odisha Discoms (TPNODL, TPSODL, TPCODL, and TPWODL) have ramped up efforts to ensure seamless service. Weeks in advance, teams conduct rigorous network inspections, upgrade infrastructure, and prepare control centres to handle the festival rush.

Whether it’s a lineman responding to a local fault, a control room engineer monitoring load flow, or a standby team ready for emergencies, each member plays a crucial role. Every glowing home is a testament to their dedication.
