Radhika Merchant’s floral dupatta is the highlight of her dreamy haldi outfit
MUMBAI,JULY 9 : Radhika Merchant looked nothing short of ethereal in a yellow lehenga choli paired with a floral dupatta for her haldi ceremony on July 8. Celebrity stylist Rhea Kapoor posted stunning images featuring Radhika dressed in a gorgeous ensemble by designer Anamika Khanna.
Rhea’s post also includes pictures of Radhika in a salmon pink lehenga choli that the bride-to-be wore after the ceremony in all probability.
Radhika’s dreamy haldi outfit featured an embellished lehenga choli. The highlight of her ensemble, most certainly, was the floral dupatta adorned with mogra flower buds while the border featured yellow marigold flowers.
Graceful as ever, Radhika exuded elegance as she styled her ensemble with floral jewellery. Radiant skin, a small red bindi and nude lipstick, Radhika’s bridal glow is absolutely stunning.
Radhika Merchant is all set to get married to Anant Ambani on July 12 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. Their pre-wedding rituals commenced with a puja ceremony at the Ambanis’ Mumbai residence, Antilia, on June 29.
Their ‘mameru’ ceremony – an event that signifies the blessings and well-wishes bestowed upon the couple by the groom’s maternal family – was held on July 3. It also included the presentation of ‘mameru’, a traditional set of gifts offered by the groom’s maternal uncles and family.
Celebrities including Salman Khan and Ranveer Singh performed at the couple’s sangeet on July 5. Their haldi ceremony was also attended by Ananya Panday and Sara Ali Khan apart from Salman Khan.
Spanning over three days, Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani’s wedding features three events – ‘Shubh Vivaah’ followed by ‘Shubh Aashirwad’ on July 13 and ‘Mangal Utsav’ or the wedding reception on July 14.
Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant hosted two pre-wedding parties ahead of their wedding. A grand cruise party was hosted by the couple which commenced in Italy on May 29 and concluded in France on June 1. The cruise party was preceded by an elaborate pre-wedding gala in Jamnagar in March wherein 1,000 guests, including celebrities, sportspersons and industrialists, were invited for the festivities.
