Raipur, June 15: A combined team of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), Chhattisgarh’s State Disaster Rapid Action Force and Indian Army successfully rescued Rahul Sahu, a 10-year-old boy who fell into an eighty-feet deep borewell pit after 104 hours of rescue operation.
As many as 500 rescuers were deployed in the rescue operation.
Jangir-Champa Collector Jitendra Shukla was monitoring the entire rescue operation.
Chhattisgarh chief minister Bhupesh Baghel congratulated the rescuers.
What is quite surprising is that the boy survived in the pit along with a snake and a frog.
