Cuttack, Aug. 12: Ravenshaw Collegiate School, Cuttack, celebrated *Laddu Diwas with great enthusiasm on August 10, 2025. The occasion was marked by the inauguration of a smart classroom by Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathy, built with his generous donation.

The celebrations began with a solemn rendition marking the spirit of Laddu Diwas by the school children. Highlights of the programme included a welcome song by students, the Laddu Diwas theme song performed by renowned singers, and an Odissi dance presentation based on a prayer from Shri Guru Bhagwat. Headmistress Ms. Pragati Panda felicitated Dr. Satpathy, who also delivered an inspiring discourse. The event concluded with the distribution of laddus to all students.

During the programme, Laxmi Kanta Mohapatra, retired judge and former Chief Justice of the Manipur High Court, requested Dr. Satpathy to become the patron of the Old Boys’ Association of Ravenshaw Collegiate School and to guide its future development.
