Senior Journalist Eswar Patnaik Bereaved: Mother Passes Away

Malkangiri, Dec 28,2024: In a moment of deep sorrow for the journalistic community of Malkangiri, R. Vijayalakshmi, the mother of senior journalist Eswar Patnaik, passed away at 11:40 am yesterday at a private hospital in Visakhapatnam. She had been battling cancer for a prolonged period.
Her mortal remains were brought to the family residence in Malkangiri early this morning, where her final rites were performed. The loss has left the family and friends in profound grief.
Following the news of her demise, relatives, friends, and prominent dignitaries of the district gathered at Mr. Patnaik’s residence to offer their condolences and console the bereaved family.
R. Vijayalakshmi was known for her warm and kind-hearted nature, leaving behind a legacy of love and compassion. Her demise has left a deep void in the lives of her loved ones and the community.
