Uttar Pradesh , OCT 2 : Samajwadi Party founder Mulayam Singh Yadav has been admitted to the ICU ward of Gurgram’s Medanta Hospital after a deterioration in his health. The 82-year-old former Uttar Pradesh chief minister was admitted for several days but has been shifted to the care unit after his condition became critical on Sunday.

Sources said that he was admitted to the hospital after a serious health condition and his medical status is said to be critical at present. He is under the supervision of Internal Medicine expert Dr Sushila Kataria currently.

Sources said that his treatment is being carried out at the said hospital as his routine checkup is also done there. In July 2021, Singh was admitted to the hospital after complaining about uneasiness.

Also, his son Akhilesh Yadav is said to have left for the national capital after the development, and Shivpal Singh Yadav was headed to the hospital too.
