Balasore Battle: Subhalakshmi eyes victory in Genguti GP on development promise

Balasore, Feb. 2: Subhalakshmi Mohapatra, an educated lady contesting as candidate for the post of Sarapanch of Genguti gram panchayat in Odisha’s Balasore district, has loads of dreams in eyes. She wants to carry forward the development activities her husband Birupakshya Mohapatra, began in 2017.
Birupakshya was elected as Sarapanch of Genguti gram panchayat in 2017.
Of this panchayat election more and more young stars are making to attract for contest the poll.
“I’m deeply inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s development work. He is a Vikash Purush who works tirelessly for upliftment of the country. I’ll try to give good governance like Modi,” says Subhalakshmi.
The lady Sarapanch’s husband Birupakshya is a hardworking BJP cadre and he has been serving the local people since long. His tenure marked huge development activities in Genguti gram panchayat. His honesty endeared him to one and all and this is likely to work strongly in favour of his wife, say the local people.
Mayadhara Sethi, a local resident, said Subhalakshmi’s campaign drew large audience and she was a strong contender in the race.
