MALKANGIRI, 07 August,2023 – The Department of Commerce at Malkangiri College organized a grand event to mark the celebration of World Commerce Day. The event, held under the leadership of Lingaraj Mishra, the esteemed Principal of the college, saw an impressive turnout of students and prominent personalities from the field of commerce.

The event featured a range of engaging and informative sessions, aimed at enlightening students about the intricacies of trade and commerce. Sri.Surya Narayan Bhrahma, a distinguished Government Pleader and Public Prosecutor, took to the stage to impart his wisdom and experience to the students, providing them with valuable insights into the world of trade.

The highlight of the event was the presence of the Chief Speaker, Sri Suresh Somani, the President of the Chamber of Commerce. His address was a wellspring of knowledge, offering students a glimpse into the real-world dynamics of commerce and its multifaceted dimensions. Dr. Uday Nath Khora, the President of Management, graced the occasion as a special guest, motivating and encouraging the students to strive for excellence in the field of commerce.

Dr. Ranjan Kumar Swain , the Head of the Commerce Department, set the stage with a warm and welcoming speech, fostering an atmosphere of enthusiasm and receptivity.
