Bhubaneswar, July 28 : TPCODL, in collaboration with Cedrafilteration Pvt. Ltd. (Cedrafil) Garment Factory, Bhubaneswar, organized a recruitment drive under the Roshni Vocational Training Program, targeting NSDC-certified Self-Employed Tailor trainees.

As a result, 20 trainees were selected as Level 3 Production Assistants, reinforcing TPCODL’s commitment to empowering women through meaningful employment. This initiative marks a significant step in bridging the gap between skill training and industry needs, while promoting sustainable livelihoods and inclusive community development through structured job opportunities.
