TPSODL Awarded for Innovative HR Practices at Odisha Leadership Awards 2025

Berhampur, May 10 : TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) has been honoured with the “Organization with Innovative HR Practices” award under the “Excellence in Innovation” category at the Odisha Leadership Awards 2025.
The award recognizes TPSODL’s efforts in creating a progressive and people-centric workplace through innovative human resource practices. The selection was based on a detailed evaluation of the company’s initiatives, achievements, media coverage, and supporting documents.
