Ultratech Cement Extends Supporting Hand for the flood Victims in Odisha

Bhubaneswar, Aug 22: As a part of its CSR activity, Ultratech Cement a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Group has extended support to the flood victims in Odisha. Recently the company has handed over tarpaulins and gas cylinders to the villagers of Kaspa village in Jajpur district where 10 wards of the villages were totally underwater because of the breakage of the riverbank. The relief materials were handed over to the Sarpanch of Kaspa GP Mr Pravt Nayak by the GM of Ultratrech Mr Ashok Pattnaik in presence of the villagers.
In forming about this philanthropic initiative, Mr Ashis Panpalia, the COO of Ultratech East says, “ Our Group always believes in giving back to society. We are always with the people of Odisha and as as an welfare measure we have extended this support to the people who are affected due to the heavy flood in the state. Our CSR initiatives will continue in the state, adds Mr Panpalia.
