Bhubaneswar, Jan. 20: Union coal and mines minister G. Kishan Reddy held an interactive meeting on Sunday with various stakeholders from the mining and coal industries, including representatives from public and private sectors as well as industry associations.

The meeting took place at NALCO Bhawan in Bhubaneswar and was attended by Union mines secretary V.L. Kantha Rao and senior officials from the ministries of coal and mines.

Earlier in the day, minister Reddy met Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi. The two leaders discussed ongoing development initiatives in the coal and mining sectors in the state.
