{"id":153795,"date":"2026-07-21T18:41:09","date_gmt":"2026-07-21T13:11:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/indusvalleytimes.com\/news\/?p=153795"},"modified":"2026-07-22T11:41:44","modified_gmt":"2026-07-22T06:11:44","slug":"csm-technologies-fy26-profit-surges-70-to-rs-24-crore-order-book-stands-at-rs-358-crore","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/indusvalleytimes.com\/news\/csm-technologies-fy26-profit-surges-70-to-rs-24-crore-order-book-stands-at-rs-358-crore\/","title":{"rendered":"CSM Technologies\u2019 FY26 profit surges 70% to Rs 24 crore; order book stands at Rs 358 crore"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"caps\"><strong>By A.K.Sahoo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bhubaneswar, July 21:<\/strong> Odisha-based GovTech and enterprise digital transformation company CSM Technologies Ltd reported a 70.2 per cent year-on-year increase in consolidated profit after tax (PAT) to Rs 24.01 crore for the financial year ended March 2026, supported by stronger operating efficiencies and improved margins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company\u2019s total income rose 14 per cent to Rs 228.72 crore in FY26 from Rs 200.63 crore in the previous financial year. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) climbed 56.6 per cent to Rs 48 crore, while the EBITDA margin expanded by 571 basis points to 21 per cent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the fourth quarter of FY26, CSM Technologies posted a 77.7 per cent jump in PAT to Rs 9.3 crore from Rs 5.23 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 61.67 crore, marking a 2.6 per cent year-on-year increase. EBITDA grew 56 per cent to Rs 16.4 crore, with the margin improving to 26.6 per cent from 17.5 per cent a year earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Profit before tax for the March quarter, excluding a one-time exceptional charge of Rs 2.73 crore arising from the statutory impact of the new Labour Codes, stood at Rs 14.17 crore, registering a 92.1 per cent year-on-year growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company&#8217;s order book stood at Rs 357.63 crore as of March 31, 2026, providing revenue visibility of more than 1.5 times its FY26 revenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per equity share for FY26, subject to shareholders&#8217; approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFY26 has been a strong year for CSM Technologies, with total income growing 14 per cent while EBITDA and PAT increased by 56.6 per cent and 70.2 per cent respectively, reflecting improved operating leverage and execution efficiencies,\u201d said Priyadarshi Pany, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of CSM Technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During FY26, the company invested Rs 10.25 crore in intangible assets under development to strengthen its proprietary technology platforms.
