By combining genomic technologies, bioinformatics, AI-assisted interpretation, and expert review, the organization seeks to support earlier diagnosis, more personalized treatment decisions, better disease monitoring, and family-based genetic evaluation where appropriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The scientific program was moderated by Dr. Chinmaya Pani, Medical Oncologist, Utkal Hospital, and attended by a distinguished panel of senior medical professionals from leading institutions in Odisha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first scientific session was delivered by Dr. Rajyalakshmi Luthra, Professor and Director, Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, on \u201cCurrent Landscape of Genomic Testing in Patients with Solid Tumors.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The second scientific session was presented by Dr. Sunil Jaiman, Assistant Professor, Department of Pathology, Wayne State University School of Medicine, Detroit, on \u201cPerinatal Pathology in the Genomic Era.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The presentations were followed by interactive discussions with the distinguished scientific panel and audience on the practical integration of genomic testing into clinical care in Odisha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Sanjib Kumar Mishra, Director &amp; Senior Consultant, Radiation Oncology, Utkal Hospital, Bhubaneswar, followed by dinner and networking.
