As part of its ongoing commitment to social responsibility and sustainability, CSR Team of TPNODL organized a grand clean-up drive at Chandipur Sea Beach. This initiative, held under the company\u2019s employee volunteering program, witnessed enthusiastic participation from more than 175 employees including Senior Leadership Team, showcasing their dedication to environmental conservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The clean-up drive focused on removing litter and debris from the picturesque Chandipur Beach, promoting its natural beauty and ecological balance. Employees worked in teams, collecting and segregating waste to ensure proper disposal. More than 25 bags of garbage collected during the drive, highlighting the significant impact of the collective effort. The event underscored the importance of maintaining cleanliness in public spaces and protecting marine ecosystems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This initiative aligns with TPNODL\u2019s broader CSR goals of fostering environmental awareness and engaging employees in activities that contribute to the welfare of environment &amp; society. By organizing such events, TPNODL continues to strengthen its reputation as a socially responsible organization committed to sustainable development. The participants concluded the event with a renewed sense of purpose and determination to continue supporting such noble causes. The clean-up drive at Chandipur Beach stands as a testament to TPNODL\u2019s unwavering dedication to making a positive difference in the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sri Dwijadas Basak, Chief Executive Officer spoke on the importance of involvement of employees in volunteering activities which have great impact on the Environment and Society. Further, he stated that being the responsible citizens of India, it is our duty to take proactive steps in preserving the environment and giving back to the Society.
