Modi declared that Odisha, a state rich in history and brimming with potential, is on the verge of becoming a key player in India\u2019s future economic growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOdisha offers limitless opportunities for investors,\u201d Modi stated, highlighting the state\u2019s increasing prominence in industries such as Information Technology, chemicals, petrochemicals, tourism, textiles, and manufacturing. Reflecting on Odisha&#8217;s historic maritime trade and manufacturing traditions, the Prime Minister emphasized how this legacy is now driving the state towards a prosperous industrial future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, these global trade connections are being rejuvenated, fortifying Odisha\u2019s place on the world business map, the PM noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOdisha is on the brink of extraordinary success,\u201d Modi continued, expressing confidence that the state\u2019s growing industrial landscape would soon become a model for development unmatched by any other region in India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assuring investors of lucrative returns, the Prime Minister personally guaranteed the success of investments in Odisha. \u201cTo all those considering investment in Odisha, I guarantee your investment will bear significant returns. This is Modi ka guarantee (This is Modi&#8217;s promise),\u201d he declared, earning enthusiastic applause from the more than 5,000 investors and business leaders in attendance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Modi also underlined Odisha\u2019s strategic importance in India\u2019s economic future, referencing his frequent visits to the state\u2014around 30 since taking office. He highlighted how Odisha\u2019s industrial growth is crucial to India\u2019s goal of becoming the world\u2019s third-largest economy, with the state\u2019s people and industrial capabilities driving it to become one of the nation\u2019s fastest-growing regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Prime Minister urged investors to support the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), youth-led startups, and innovative initiatives within Odisha, assuring them that the central government would offer comprehensive support to nurture a thriving business ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also present at the inauguration were Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, Union Ministers Dharmendra Pradhan and Ashwini Vaishnaw, along with other distinguished leaders. Odisha aims to attract investments exceeding Rs 5 lakh crore, anticipating the creation of around 3.5 lakh jobs in the coming years. During the two-day conclave, the state is set to sign over 100 Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with investors, marking a new phase in its economic evolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conclave is drawing more than 7,500 delegates from India and 12 other countries, with the event already being hailed as a milestone in Odisha&#8217;s growth journey. Prominent business leaders such as Kumar Mangalam Birla (Aditya Birla Group), Anil Agarwal (Vedanta Group), Sajjan Jindal (JSW), Naveen Jindal (Jindal Steel), and TV Narendran (Tata Steel) are in attendance, underscoring global interest in Odisha\u2019s economic potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With strong backing from both the state and central governments, Odisha is poised to emerge as one of India&#8217;s top investment destinations.
