Bhubaneswar, Apr 12 : TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL), a joint venture of Tata Power and Government of Odisha, concluded its month-long Safety Month Campaign on first week of April, reinforcing its commitment to workplace and community safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Launched on National Safety Day and Lineman Diwas, the campaign was aligned with the National Safety Council\u2019s theme \u2013 \u201cSafety and Well-being: Crucial for Viksit Bharat\u201d. It featured safety pledges, interactive activities and competitions with active participation from employees and their families. Focus areas included home, road, fire and electrical safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A key attraction was the Safety Science Fair, where children presented innovative ideas, including a smart traffic system to aid emergency vehicles. The campaign introduced VR-based safety training modules for high-risk scenarios, completing over 2,000 man-days of safety training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The closing ceremony included safety demonstrations, science exhibits and cultural performances by employees\u2019 children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
