The award was received by Smrutiranjan Swain, Divisional Manager, TPCODL, Puri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expressing gratitude, Arvind Singh, CEO, TPCODL, said: \u201cThis recognition from the Hon\u2019ble Member of Parliament and the people of Puri is deeply meaningful.
