Mr. Vivek Chawla has stepped down from his CEO role but will continue to serve as a Whole-time Director of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Khetan is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with over 37 years of extensive experience across paper mill operations, paper and paperboard projects, finance, and management accounting. He brings a broad expertise spanning strategy, business development, legal and taxation, commercial operations, costing, internal controls, human resources, information technology, corporate social responsibility, and other allied functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A proven strategist, Mr. Khetan has consistently demonstrated excellence in business decision-making and identifying key ROI drivers. In his previous role, he successfully led operations at an integrated wood- and agro-based paper mill, overseeing large-scale projects and Advanced Process Control (APC) initiatives.
