Paradip,Nov.1:<\/strong>Paradip Port Authority conducted \u201cRun for Unity\u201d today on the occasion of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas (National Unity Day). This year\u2019s celebration is particularly special as it marks the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dy. Chairman (I\/c), PPA, Capt. Alekh Charan Sahoo while addressing today\u2019s gathering, highlighted Sardar Patel\u2019s vision of a united India and called for an inclusive, prosperous and harmonious Country. He urged all the employees to follow the same resolve and put their best efforts forward to take PPA into newer heights in coming times. Thereafter, he flagged off the \u201cRun for Unity\u201d comprising of officers, employees, CISF personnel, Sports trainees of GKS, college students of Paradeep College and Orissa Maritime Academy, which traversing through Port township culminated at the Gopabandhu Stadium.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
