The programme aims to enable women to return to the workforce with confidence and renewed purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In its previous edition, the initiative received an overwhelming response, with 8 women professionals successfully onboarded across functions in the Odisha DISCOMs. Encouraged by this outcome, the 2026 cohort will be selected through a structured and transparent screening process aligned with the recruitment policy, based on eligibility, relevant experience, and suitability for the identified roles.
