The committee announced that it would approach the Supreme Court to challenge the bail orders.<\/mark><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The organisation also demanded a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe and called for members of the Assamese community living abroad to be brought within the scope of the investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seeking public support to meet legal expenses, the committee appealed to Zubeen Garg\u2019s fans, admirers and well-wishers to contribute towards its efforts to pursue justice. It said a bank account had been opened at the Morigaon branch of Assam Gramin Vikash Bank to receive cashless donations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\">Advocate Ratul Bora, who was the first to lodge an FIR in connection with the case, was also present at the press conference. He expressed concern that several FIR informants and complainant witnesses had allegedly not been included in the evidence-recording process in the case being heard by the Fast Track Court in Guwahati.<\/mark><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The committee reiterated its resolve to continue its campaign for justice for the late singer, whose death has triggered widespread grief and public concern across Assam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Formed on October 23, the organisation has Anuj Kumar Baisya as president and Dimbeswar Das as secretary. Bipul Chandra Medhi is the vice-president, while Atul Chandra Bora is the treasurer. Panchanan Saikia, Imran Hussain Choudhury, Hridayananda Deka and Pawan Bora are members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Its advisers include retired Superintendent of Police Bhupendranath
