TPSODL Opens New Building for Division Office in Malkangiri

Berhampur, Dec. 31: Reinforcing its focus on strengthening power distribution at the grassroots, TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) has inaugurated its newly constructed Division Office in Malkangiri. The facility was formally inaugurated by Mr. Amit Kumar Garg, CEO, TPSODL, in the presence of senior officials.
The modern office infrastructure has been developed to enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery in one of the most geographically challenging regions of Southern Odisha. Equipped with upgraded systems, dedicated billing counters, and improved consumer service facilities, the new office will enable faster grievance redressal and smoother coordination across field operations.
The facility is expected to play a key role in bringing electricity services closer to consumers, ensuring timely support and improved accessibility. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Garg emphasized the importance of strengthening on-ground infrastructure to deliver reliable, responsive, and consumer-focused services. He added that such initiatives reflect TPSODL’s commitment to building trust and improving service quality in remote areas.
During the event, Mr. Garg also interacted with employees, motivating them to uphold high standards of professionalism and accountability. A plantation drive was also carried out at the premises, reaffirming TPSODL’s dedication to environmental sustainability and responsible growth.
