KiiT-IS students’ project selected for NCSC

Bhubaneswar,Dec.11 :A project titled ‘Water Dispenser for Differently-abled People’, developed by two Grade-VIII students of the KiiT International School (KiiT-IS) here, Pritesh Deb and Divyam Sahu, has been selected for the national-level of 27th National Children Science Congress organised by NCSC & DST. The project was among only 15 selected to be presented at the national level out of hundreds of projects at the State level. Pritesh Deb will present his project in Kerala on December 26.
Besides, Hritesh Kanungo and Kali Suhank of KiiT-IS got the best Poster Award for their project “Pest Control through Mechanical Process” in the same event. They were ably guided by Jharana Pany and Rajashree Mohapatra.
It is a matter of pride for the KiiT International School, said KIIT & KISS founder Dr Achyuta Samanta while congratulating the young achievers.
