Odisha Train Tragedy: CBI probe recommended by Railway Board, informs Ashwini Vaishnaw

Bhubaneswar, June 4: Union Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw on Sunday informed that the Railway Board has recommended handing over the investigation into the Odisha train tragedy to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
All the aspects like what circumstances led to such a tragedy and who are responsible will be probed, he informed.
Notably, in the Balasore train crash involving two passenger trains and a goods train at, 275 died and over 1000 people e injured.
