Morning sun is Enlightening,
Sun flowers , sun- impelling
Gentle breeze is soothing
Melodious cuckoo is deceiving.

Early -birds have started
walking
Chirping birds are
untiring.
In river ghats:
Brahmins water offering,
In river banks:
Students are discussing.

“Mahodadhi” is shore washing
Temple gates are opening
Ocean of thoughts towering
Waves of thoughts engraining.

Sun is burning
Angry rays biting
Office -goers
Heel-cooling
Rising temperature unrelenting
Setting sun is sequestering.

Maharathi-karna worshipping
Mother-Kunti reaching & weeping.
Disowned- son!
prayer-granting
Moon is wave- beaconing
waves of emotions
Over- flowing
Filigree- adorned stars twinkling.

Bats are echo- imaging,
Nocturnal birds are praying
Prying eyes protruding.
Mahakabi-Kalidas,
mid-night sojourning….
Goddess of learning,
Prayer-granting.
River- Sipra,
ignorance washing
Pandit- Kalidas
Metamorphosing.
