Naveen Patnaik, along with the State Organizational Secretary Shri.Pranab Prakash Das, has appointed the renowned Malkangiri district leader and former MLA, Manas Madkami, as the President of the Malkangiri District Biju Janata Dal for the fourth consecutive term.
