ADANI FOUNDATION ORGANISES SPECIALISED HEALTH CAMP

Dhamra, Jan. 12 : Adani Foundation, the CSR wing of Adani Dhamra Port has organized a Multi-Specialty Health Camp in Nanda Patana Chandan Pond Ground of Balimunda GP of its Core area in collaboration with District Health Department, Bhadrak and Balimunda Gram Panchayat.
The camp was inaugurated by Shri Bishnubrata Routray, Hon’ble MLA, Basudevpur in presence of Vice-Chairman Basudevpur Panchayat Samiti Ratikant Barik, Zilla Parishad Representative Krushna Cadra Ghadei, Member, Balimunda Panchayat Samiti Chaabirani Maity, Sarpanch, Balimunda Panchayat Samiti Namita Das, Social Worker Abhaya Naik & Hrusikesh Jana, Retd.
Headmaster, Balimunda High School Paresh Chandra Das, Retd. Headmaster, Karanpali ME School Sukumar Jana, Members of Balimunda Maa Jahaja Mangala Farmers Club, other dignitaries & opinion makers of the locality as well as officials of Adani Foundation. 873 patients from nearby 05 Gram Panchayats were treated and provided with free consultation and diagnosis and medicines. The camp was conducted with medical support of Dr. Anil Mohan Misra – O&G, Dr. Priya Ranjan Samal – Skin, Dr. Sambit Kumar Behera – Medicine, Dr. Manas Ranjan Puhan – Pediatric, Dr. Saroj Kumar Rout – Orthopedic, and Dr. Debes Behera– Medicine.
“The Health Camp organized by Adani Foundation to provide free diagnostic, consultation, and medicine to the needy is a very appreciative one. Basudevpur block has been extending its support to Adani Dhamra Port since the beginning of the Port and will keep extending its support in coming times also. Balimunda has been facing problems and challenges.
The government and Adani Dhamra Port has been undertaking different work for the development of the people of Balimunda GP. We trust that the developmental works undertaken by Adani Dhamra Port will continue in future too. I thank the doctors who have come from Cuttack and Balasore and extending their service for the good health of people in Balimunda GP and its surrounding GPs.
