Boudh: Wife of ailing poor man in Odisha Boudh seeks CM Naveen Patnaik’s help for survival

Boudh, Aug. 29: Minaketan Mahakud, a 40-year-old man hailing from Ratanpur village under Bamanda gram panchayat in Odisha’s Boudh district, is fighting for life after suffering from some unidentified disease.
A daily-wage earner, Mahakuda has been out of job for two years now after being down with ailment. He family has sold everything for his treatment. He has visited VSS Medical College and Hospital at Burla, SCB Medical College and Hospital Cuttack and private doctors but his disease still remain uncured.
Minaketan’s wife Gitanjali and three children are now literally facing tough challenge for survival. They are even unable to arrange two square meals a day.
“My husband is battling for life. We have lost everything and do not have anything left for his treatment. How can we survive now? I appeal chief minister Naveen Patnaik to bail out from this distress. He has never disappointed the poor and I hope, he will listen my prayer through media. I appeal CM to help me and save my children,” said the worried Gitanjali.
