Bhubaneswar, July 21:TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL), a joint venture of Tata Power and the Government of Odisha, is witnessing an overwhelming response at its solar awareness stall near Gundicha Temple during the ongoing Rath Yatra. Thousands of devotees and visitors are visiting the stall to learn about clean energy initiatives and consumer-centric electricity services.

The stall is creating awareness about the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, highlighting the benefits of rooftop solar, government subsidies and the simple application process. Visitors are also being educated on digital bill payment, discounts and incentives available through digital payments, benefits of smart meter and electrical safety to promote safe, smart and convenient electricity usage.

Through this initiative, TPCODL is engaging with citizens, encouraging the adoption of renewable energy, digital services and safe electricity practices, while supporting India’s vision of a clean, affordable and sustainable energy future.
