Four-Day Knowledge Sharing Workshop at VISA Steel Concludes Successfully

Bhubaneswar, March 7: A four-day knowledge-sharing workshop, organized by the Biju Patnaik National Steel Institute (BPNSI) under the Ministry of Steel, Government of India, concluded successfully today at VISA Steel Limited, Kalinga Nagar, Duburi.
As part of BPNSI’s Professional Pre-Programme, the workshop featured insightful sessions aimed at enhancing professional skills. On the first day, corporate professional Dr. Simanta Mohanty conducted an extensive session on Getting Ahead with Emotional Intelligence.”
In the afternoon, he led a session on “Transactional Analysis,” engaging participants from VISA Steel, Kalinga Nagar, Duburi, Jajpur, Odisha.
During the valedictory session, Mr. Manoj Kumar, Managing Director of VISA Steel, commended BPNSI for organizing this intensive training program for young professionals. He reaffirmed VISA Steel’s commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Dr. Simanta Mohanty also praised the excellent training infrastructure at VISA Steel and the enthusiastic participation of attendees.
Mr. Sandip Mishra, GM (HR), delivered the vote of thanks, acknowledging VISA Steel’s ongoing efforts in fostering a culture of learning and development. The workshop was efficiently coordinated by Miss Payal Sharma from VISA Steel, along with Mr. Satyapriya Satapathy and Mr. Abhaya Panigrahi from BPNSI.
With this, the four-day workshop at VISA Steel concluded on a successful note, reinforcing the importance of skill development and knowledge enhancement in the steel industry.
