Jajpur,Apr 14: The birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, the architect of Constitution of India and crusader of the exploited and down trodden, took off on an enthusiastic note and the celebrations At Danagadi In Jajpur district on Friday. he celebrations, organised jointly by the Ambedkar jayanti Commite and Amedkar Trust , and several others offering garlands at Dr.B.R. Ambedkar statue in the city.
On This occasion Former Finance Minster Prafulla Chandra Ghadei, has paid floral tribute to Dr.B.R. Ambedkar statue.Ghadei Said Dr BR Ambedkar was a notable personality in India. He was a jurist, social reformer, economist, and prominent politician.
He worked against social discrimination in India and fought for the emancipation of the Dalit community. His father was an army officer, Ramji Maloji Sakpal. Dr B. R. Ambedkar is looked up to as a symbol of equality. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar played an important role in framing the constitution of our country.
He outlawed the discrimination against lower castes or untouchables and wanted to establish equality among our countrymen. He said that he believed in a society where friendship, equality, and brotherhood exist.
