Parliamentary Committee visits Gandhi Peace Centre

Bhubaneswar, Nov 17 : The Parliamentary Committee on Law in their Odisha tour on Tuesday visited the Gandhi Peace Centre situated near Khandagiri square under the leadership of the Chairman of the Committee and MP of Cuttack, Mr BhartruhariMahatab, the members have visited the Centre.

Among others along with the members of the Committee, the Director HR of Nalco Mr Radhashyam Mahapatro, the Head of the Gandhi Peace Centre Bhubaneswar, Mr Rajneesh Jha and the senior officials of the Aditya Birla Group were present during the visit.

It is worthwhile to mention here that with the joint of the Govt. of Odisha and the Aditya Birla Group, the Gandhi Peace Centre has been dedicated to the people of Odisha by the Hon’ble CM Mr Naveen Patnaik on 22ndFebruary 2020. The centre, built on a five-acre of land, is a digital interactive museum promoting Gandhian values and principles among the people, particularly youths.
